Quality Policy

EFPBiotek’ s Quality Policy consists of:

• Customer satisfaction ensuring their needs, expectations and requirements;
• Provide safe and quality products, according to legal and customer requirements, and applicable normative and regulatory requirements;
• Guarantee the satisfaction of our employees by fostering team spirit;
• Provide the necessary training for employees in order to perform their duties assuming a food safety culture of excellence, as well as the Good Manufacturing Practices in the production of food, cosmetics and pharmaceutical products;
• Ensure the awareness of our suppliers, assuring the quality and food safety of the products they supply us with;
• Continuous management of the HACCP system, from raw materials reception to the delivery of finished products to our customers;
• Promote effective communication both internally and externally;
• Promote effective Continuous Improvement of EFPBiotek´ s quality management system in accordance with the requirements of implemented standards.
